Sciatt e cicorino Round buckwheat fritters, filled with melted mild local cheese, served with “cicorino” (a green lettuce). Frittierte Käsewürfel in einem Teig aus Buchweizenmehl, mit Cicorino-Salat serviert.
I nostri pizzoccheri Buckwheat tagliatelle, cooked with potatoes and cabbage, and mixed with local cheese, butter and garlic. Buchweizennudeln mit Kartoffeln und Wirsing gekocht , mit typischem Käse, Butter und Knoblauch gemischt.
